Answer:
A) Brand new, in the box.
Many times we can show the latest models before they hit retailers.

B) Closeouts – The last 500 to 200 pieces of a manufacturer’s model run.
All brand new! All with full factory warranty!

C) Out of box - Open box product with or without cosmetic damage.
Includes: displays, floor models, warehouse dings, etc.

2. Is Sam from Asia

Answer:
Yes! He was born in Korea and came over to the USA as a child, soon after that he became a citizen.

3. Do you sell factory seconds?

Answer:
No

4. When did Appliance Direct start?

Answer:
In 1995 although Sam's been in the appliance industry since 1972.
