RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If there is an error with your order or delivery please contact the location of purchase immediately so we can provide a prompt resolution.

Damaged Items

We require that you inspect all merchandise immediately upon pickup or delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts must be so noted on the delivery confirmation form or immediately reported to the store of purchase. Out of Box merchandise is sold “as is” and does not fall under these guidelines.

Return Merchandise Stipulations

Merchandise which is unused and still in original packaging must be returned within 30 days of pickup or delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are applicable upon returns not resulting from shipping errors or merchandise arriving damaged.
All Out of Box merchandise is sold at an extremely discounted price and as a result all sales are final and may be refunded or exchanged only at the discretion of Appliance Direct Management. (Service for manufacturer’s defects is available for all Out of Box merchandise through the manufacturer and is covered under full manufacturer’s warranty). Out of Box merchandise may only be exchanged for out of box merchandise of equal value. Any upgrades to higher value out of box and/or in box merchandise will take place at the customer’s expense. Any exchanges or replacements of in box merchandise must be deemed and verified through the manufacturer as non-repairable and requires replacement. Once deemed defective by the manufacturer, merchandise must be returned to the location it was purchased from. If it was delivered by our company, it may be picked up at no charge. Customer must have obtained Manufacturer’s Authorized Exchange number from store management prior to returning.

Merchandise must be returned in the condition that it was delivered or picked up

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the merchandise in the same condition as it was purchased, complete with all accessories, instructions and packaging. Merchandise not meeting these requirements will not be accepted for return. Management may accept or return merchandise not meeting these requirements and are subject to a 20 % restocking charge, plus a charge for missing parts.

REFUND POLICY

You may receive a total refund of any monies for appliances in stock at time of purchase cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery or pick up. Cancellations of items already on a delivery truck and special order merchandise are subject to a 20 % re-stocking fee.

If you charge your purchase, we will credit your charge account. All other refunds will be made by check and mailed from our corporate office. Returns may take up to ten (10) business days to process.

Your original purchase receipt is your proof of purchase. It is important that you keep your receipt in a safe place because it may be required for all warranty repairs, refunds, and/or exchanges. Your receipt is your responsibility, as copies may not be available from our computer system.

All Out of Box Product must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase. Appliance Direct does NOT supply rope or twine to secure CPU pick ups. Customers are responsible for securing there own products.
