In the world of today with the break down in the global delivery chain, these guys work hard to meet the needs of the customers. Called weekly to update on our delivery as we ordered an entire package for our renovated kitchen. Lowes could not even GET the appliances I wanted all at once - and the sales guy told me if I could get all 4 appliances, I better buy it now! Then, I of course did the girl thing -- realized I needed a counter-depth fridge and Guy was so awesome to help me correct my mistake and get what I needed. Well, round 2! I just sold my house, and for the new house, my girlfreind (Leslie) and I wanted new appliances. Washer and Dryer, same Whirlpool frig I got from Appliance Direct in January, and matching dishwasher and stove. No problem, and I didn't even blink an eye but I called my friend, Guy, at the Melbourne Appliance Direct store. Not only did he have everything in stock, he gave me the best deal like the last purchase! Leslie and I drove the 180 miles last Saturday, loaded up the F-150, and today went back for the washer and dryer. I will never buy another appliance in my life without consulting Guy first. Went into the store looking for a fridge, microwave and gas range. Worked with the salesman and he had great knowledge of the Whirlpool versus Kitenaid and with the prices they were able to provide compared to Lowe’s I decided to get the Kitchenaid suite. The fridge and microwave which is on back order at the other stores they had in stock and have a delivery date about a month out for the range.

I have to send kudos to Appliance Direct. Today they delivered a brand new fridge that upon opening to stock we discovered had a defect on the inside. Clearly it was not the store’s fault. Within the same hour Appliance Direct delivered another new one (which they thoroughly inspected at the store before sending) and removed the one they had just delivered.

I recently purchased a new Samsung stove for my father's home here in Florida. I shopped around at both Home Depot and Lowes ... not only did Appliance Direct have the same stove for less, but the delivery fee was also less AND they were able to deliver the stove the very next day! Unfortunately, because I was in a rush I purchased the floor model (which was new) and realized a few days after it was installed that the oven didn't work properly. I called the store and explained the problem ... two days later the stove was replaced with a brand new model. They couldn't have been nicer and their customer service was excellent! (I also appreciated the fact that they were following safety protocols both in the store and during the delivery). Thank you very much!

I went to Home Depot and the first thing I was told was what they could not do. I went to Lowes and the guy would sell me a Washer/Dryer but he pointed me to the back wall for vent fixtures that I would need to prepare for the delivery and installation. Aha, screw that. At Appliance Direct they told me their team would handle my vent issue and they did. I picked out a Washer/Dryer and was checked out and paid up in 5 minutes. It was after 1 PM but they still offered me next day delivery. I did not need that but was impressed. Scheduled delivery was for Friday and the delivery team kept me updated by phone the whole way and was early. It took them about 15 minutes to get everything done and they were courteous and professional. A five star, perfect experience. Thank you!

I posted a review earlier about Appliance Direct and it was a huge mistake. I had them confused with another company called Appliance Connection out of New York that I ordered a refrigerator from, and that continues to be a total nightmare experience. So PLEASE forgive me for confusing them with my experience with Appliance Direct as they have been great. I bought a stacking washer and dryer and they gave me the best price I could find anywhere, and delivered it when they said they would and set it up exactly like they said they would. I highly recommend Appliance Direct. I will buy from them again and again.

Guy was so helpful and accommodating in finding options that worked within my budget and preferences that it made the process a breeze.
