Bake

Convect Bake

Broil

Evenly brown lasagna or pizza toppings and caramelize glazes and sauces when you place food close to the oven's top heating element using the Broil setting.

Convect Broil

Cook and brown thicker cuts of meat like ribs or chicken thighs using the Covect Broil setting. The oven’s top heating element broils your food while the fan circulates hot air throughout the oven.

Preheat

Preheat the oven to 350°F in under 8 minutes.

Defrost Setting

Speed up the thawing process of meat and other frozen food with the Defrost Setting.

Keep Warm Setting

Keep dishes from getting cold with this setting that delivers low heat to the oven.

Proofing

Use the Proofing setting to help bread dough rise in a low temperature environment inside your oven.

Convect Roast
