Return & Exchange Policy
General Return & Exchange Policy Whether you’re returning or exchanging, merchandise purchased online or in an Appliance Direct store, the following conditions apply:
All returns must be made within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packing materials, accessories, product manuals and warranty cards.
Non-returnable Items
- Labor, delivery and/or installation service fees.
- Items that have been damaged through intentional or accidental abuse.
- Products been used.
How To Return or Exchange Your Online Purchase
- Return or exchange at the original Appliance Direct store where the purchase was made.
- Your original online sales receipt.
- All original packaging, product manuals, accessories, and warranty information.
- A driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
Refund Policy
We will do our best to process your return or exchange quickly.
Special-order merchandise will be subject to the same terms above plus a 20% restocking fee.
For Online Purchases:
- Please allow 30 business days for processing refunds or exchanges.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.
For In-Store Purchases:
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- All refunds will be made by check within 30 business days after the item is returned if the purchase was made with check.
- The original purchase was made using a credit card, or debit card. A refund will be given using the original payment method.
Note: A minimum restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will apply if all conditions for returning are not met and any products specially ordered and any products held in stock for customer. Any product that was purchased with a mall-In rebate is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount included with the original purchase will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.
Extended Warranty
Extended warranties have a 30-day grace period in which customers may cancel. All warranties are for a 4-year period which is inclusive of one year manufacture warranty. Warranties customer must claim 50% cash back within thirty 30 days of plans expiration date.
Shipping & Handling Costs
Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged 6% sales tax unless otherwise noted.
